This policy describes how LORIUM ships products and handles returns. Because many products are temperature-sensitive compounded medications, some standard return rules do not apply.
Shipping
Prescription products are compounded at a licensed pharmacy after provider approval and shipped cold-chain, typically dispatched within 48 hours. We currently ship to patients in 43 states. Tracking is provided by email.
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive products ship with appropriate insulation and cold packs. Follow the storage instructions included with your order on arrival to preserve stability.
Returns
For safety reasons, compounded and temperature-sensitive medications generally cannot be returned once dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact your care team within 7 days and we will make it right.
Cancellations
You may pause or cancel future refills at any time before they are prepared. Once a compound has been prepared for a given cycle, that cycle may be non-refundable.
