How licensing works
Telehealth is regulated state by state. A provider must hold an active license in the state where you are located to review your medical intake and issue a prescription. That's why availability is defined by state, and why it changes as we add providers.
Confirm during intake
The list above is a guide. Your exact eligibility is confirmed when you complete the intake and select your state — if we can't serve you yet, nothing is charged and we'll let you know as soon as it changes.
Availability is subject to change and to applicable state law and provider licensing. This page is informational and not a guarantee of service in any particular state.
