Grounded in the literature, verified in the lab.
Premium should mean transparent. Every protocol links to the peer-reviewed research behind it, and every lot ships with a certificate of analysis you can actually read.
A certificate of analysis on every batch.
Independent laboratories verify identity, purity, and safety before anything reaches a patient. We test for compound identity by mass spectrometry, quantify purity by HPLC, and screen for endotoxin and sterility. The COA travels with your order.
Our testing standard
Purity claims are meaningless without a method behind them. Here's what "third-party tested" means at LORIUM:
- Identity — mass spectrometry confirms the compound is exactly what the label says.
- Purity — high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) quantifies active content, with a median across our formulary above 99%.
- Endotoxin — screened to below 0.5 EU/mg to protect against injection-site reactions.
- Sterility — every compounded lot is tested and must pass before release.

How we talk about evidence
Peptide science moves fast, and much of it is early. We distinguish clearly between compounds with large human trials — such as the GLP-1 class — and those where the evidence is primarily preclinical or emerging. Each monograph cites its sources so you can read the primary literature yourself. Reported effects are drawn from that research and are not a promise of individual outcomes.
Provider oversight
The science only matters if it's applied responsibly. Board-certified providers own every prescription, titration, and monitoring decision, and they screen for the contraindications specific to each compound class before anything is dispensed.
