TB-500

Thymosin β4 fragment

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on the active region of Thymosin β4, a naturally occurring protein central to cellular repair. By upregulating actin and promoting the migration of repair cells to injury sites, it is studied for support of systemic recovery across muscle, tendon, and connective tissue, alongside improved flexibility and modulation of inflammation.

Researched effects

Effects observed in the cited literature. Individual results are not guaranteed. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Systemic Tissue Repair

Studied to support recovery of muscle, tendon, and connective tissue throughout the body.

Actin Regulation

Upregulates actin to support cell building, migration, and structural repair.

Angiogenesis Support

Promotes new blood vessel formation to supply healing tissue.

Improved Flexibility

Associated with reduced stiffness and a healthy range of motion.

Inflammation Modulation

Helps regulate the localized inflammatory response at injury sites.

Recovery Speed

Studied for shortened downtime following strain or intense activity.
